The Istituto musicale pareggiato della Valle d’Aosta has been awarded an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) under the Erasmus+ scheme in 2018.

Our ERASMUS+ institution code is I AOSTA03.

Exchange conditions

The Istituto musicale’s exchanges are normally a reciprocal arrangement. Your exchange placement must form part of your degree studies at your home institution, and the application must be approved by your Erasmus+ coordinator. We regret we are unable to accept individual direct applications. Placements will require an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement.

Courses and subject areas

The Istituto musicale offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in classical music.

You can find out all our subject areas and courses here.

The duration of exchange will be between 3 and 12 months.

If you are currently in your final Bachelor year and will be joining a Master degree, the institution providing the Master course must confirm that you hold the place, because the placement must form part of degree studies at your home institution.

Language Requirements

Students are required minimum B1 level either in Italian or English or French.
